Pressemitteilung zur zeitweisen Suspendierung des MdEP Maximilian Krah
Die Deutsche Delegation in der Fraktion Identität & Demokratie im EU-Parlament veröffentlicht nachstehend die Schreiben der Fraktionsverwaltung zur zeitweisen Suspendierung des MdEP Maximilian Krah im englischen Orginalwortlaut.
Schreiben vom 08.02.2023:
“Dear Mr. Krah,
I have the duty to inform you of the fact that, with regard to the incident that occurred with tendering procedure AO22-0015 and pursuant to Article 6(2) of our statutes, the bureau of the group has decided to temporarily suspend you for a period of three months, taking effect today.
During this period the use of your budget 400 appropriations will be suspended and so will be your participation in group activities and speaking time in the plenary session.
The suspension will not affect your work in commitees.”
Schreiben vom 09.02.2023:
“Dear Mr. Krah,
Regarding the ID Bureau’s decision of yesterday to suspend you for a period of three months I would like further to inform you that the Bureau agreed to review its decission before the end of this period.
This means the suspension period could be prolonged following an assessment.”
Aufgrund der laufenden Untersuchung zum o.g. Sachverhalt fordert die Deutsche Delegation in der Fraktion Identität & Demokratie alle Beteiligten auf, keine weiteren Erklärungen hierzu abzugeben oder zu veröffentlichen.
Die Deutsche Delegation missbilligt die bereits erfolgten Erklärungen einzelner Mitglieder.
